Perfect Surface

Surface Finishing Solutions

What We Do

We specialize in vapor blasting - also known as wet blasting, vapor honing, slurry blasting, liquid honing, and other terms.

Our process creates a smooth, uniform finish on the exterior of objects by using a pressurized mixture of water and ultra-fine media to gently peen surface imperfections on a microscopic level.

The gentle nature of the process preserves dimensions, which has made it a preferred choice in the aerospace industry for critical components.

We use purpose-built, specialized equipment to ensure the best results.

Advantages of Our Process

You put a lot of effort into manufacturing top-notch products. Our process is a way to add a special finishing touch to take them to the next level - all with no extra work on your part.

It makes it easier to sell products at a higher profit margin, and it’s an extra option you can offer to your customers as an add-on.

We’re here to handle the finishing touches for your projects so you can stay focused on more profitable activities.

There’s no need to divert labor, or even go through the process of trying to hire extra people. We’re the perfect employee who will always be ready to go.

There’s no need to purchase and install extra equipment or mess with all the maintenance and supplies. We deal with all of that so you don't have to.

Whether big or small pieces, and whether it’s a single item or thousands, we'll get it done quickly with no hassles.

Lately it feels like a lot of businesses are making everything more difficult.  That's not how we operate.  We work hard to make things easy for you.

We're Here for Everyone

CNC Machining - Our process is particularly effective on pieces machined from aluminum.  The unworked sections are blended with the machined portions to give the entire piece a uniform appearance. It can even help to make it more difficult for competitors to reverse engineer your process by inspecting your tooling marks.

Cast Metals - Our process is great for items that have been cast, and it leaves a much more polished appearance than traditional dry blasting.  It’s gentle enough to work well even with castings as delicate as jewelry.

Many other industries can benefit - We can help with gunsmithing, jewelry, artwork, tool and die manufacturing and repair, mold making and refinishing, and even pieces that've been manufactured by welding look great after a little time with us.

We’re happy to discuss anything where we might be able to lend a hand.

We're your reliable partners to help take your work from great to extraordinary.

We’ve been restoring classic European vehicles for over thirty years, and we tend to go overboard with the level of detail.  After refining this process on our own projects, we were so pleased with the results that we decided to offer it for other industries to benefit.

We’re easily accessible - located on old Route 66 (College Street) in Springfield, Missouri.
